The Colonial Apartments welcomes you to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. We are located in the center of Hampton Beach, only a couple minutes walk to the beach, children's playground, shops, and restaurants. The Colonial Apartments are a home away from home. Each of these apartments are equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, basic dishes & utensils, air conditioning, parking, linens, maid service twice a week and cable TV. | ||

- Apartment rentals are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
- Required deposit of $350.00 on weekly reservation.
- All charge card depositis are charged to your account the same day reservations are made.
- Depostis will be refunded with a 14 day advanced notice of date of arrival minus a $75.00 administration charge.
- Prices are subjected to an 8% NH state room tax.
- No pets allowed.
- Only one parking spot per unit.
- Check in 3:00 PM and Check out 10 AM
- Rental rates are subject to change.
- Maid service bi-weekly.
