2008 Reservation Rates

Room rates are based on 2 to 6 person occupancy. Rates for certain rooms may vary slightly according to accommodations and size.

All rooms have access to our ocean view sun deck and parking is available for one vehicle. Each suite is equipped with all the modern conveniences you'll ever need including: cable TV, full kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, parking, linens provided, maid service (Tuesday & Thursday), on premise laundry, common ocean view sun deck and air conditioning.

1 Bedroom with Queen 1 Sofa Pull Out (4 people)	$135 (Nightly) ($795 Weekly)
1 Bedroom with 2 Doubles 1 Sofa Pull Out (6 people)	$150 (Nightly) ($825 Weekly)
2 Bedroom One with 1 Queen 1 Double & 1 Twin 1 Sofa Pull Out (6 people)	$165 (Nightly) ($895 Weekly)
(Weekly Rentals only during June 28 through September 12)

Peak Season: Weekly rental required on all advanced reservations.
Required deposit of $350 on weekly reservations.
Reservation for four nights or more may be available. Please call for availability. Advance deposit equal to one nights rent is required and is applied to the last night of your reservation.
No room can be guaranteed until deposit is received.
Deposits are refunded with 14 days notice less a $50.00 administration charge on refunds.
Prices subject to NH state room tax. All major credit cards accepted.
All charge card deposits are charged to your account the same day reservations are made.
No pets or outside grills.
All prices may be subject to change.
Only one parking spot per unit.
Roll away cots are available for $20 extra per stay.
All doors lock promptly at 1:45 AM.
Check in 3:00 p.m. and Check out 10 a.m.
